To download and locate a specific spreadsheet in the package, please follow these steps:

2- Wait for the download to finish, then right-click on the zipped (.zip) folder you downloaded and select "Extract". If your computer doesn’t have this option, use Winrar to extract the files — it’s lightweight and free.
3- After extraction, simply open the unzipped folder and access the files normally. If you need to find a specific file, use your operating system’s search function within the unzipped folder.
Wait until the download is complete! Do not try to access or unzip the files before the download finishes — otherwise, the files may become corrupted. If this happens, delete the corrupted files and download them again following the recommended process.

Enable macros for a single file (quickest):
Open the workbook (.xlsm or .xlsb).
If you see a yellow bar that says Security Warning, click Enable Content (or Enable Macros).
Save and reopen if prompted. That file will be trusted on this computer.
Change macro security (Windows):
File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings.
Macro Settings → choose Disable VBA macros with notification (recommended) or Enable VBA macros (not recommended—only if you must).
Click OK twice and reopen the workbook.
Change macro security (Mac):
Option A: Excel → Preferences → Security & Privacy → Macro Security…
Option B (some versions): Tools → Macro → Security…
Choose Disable all macros with notification (recommended) or Enable all macros (only if necessary).
Trust a folder (optional)
File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Trusted Locations.
Add new location… → select a folder you control → OK.
Any files there open with macros enabled.
Save in a macro-enabled format
Use .xlsm or .xlsb.
.xlsx cannot store VBA macros.
Notes:
Excel for the web (Online) doesn’t run VBA macros.
If settings are locked by your company, contact your IT admin.
Only enable macros from sources you trust.
